FNB Insurance refused to pay my claim.

I logged a complain with FNB, my ceiling was/ is damaged and i put in a claim to FNB insurance, they found every excuse in the book not to pay, sighting they only pay for fixtures. what exactly am i paying this insurance policy for every month if i must fix my own ceiling that got damaged accidentally and still pay an insurance.
