FNB insurance pathetic service

I have an insurance policy for my vehicles with FNB. I logged a claim for insurance. My vehicle still has an oem windscreen and is still on motorplan. I didn’t complain paying the premiums that they were deducting from my account. I spoke to the consultant who needed clarity. The consultant was supposed to give me feedback regarding the claim. Two hours later I get a call from the supplier who was to put the original but I must cover the cost of the windscreen. Please don’t do business with FNB insurance. Worst company I have dealt with. Poor customer care and very bad attitude. The purpose of insurance is to restore your loss and put you back to the condition you were in before your loss. FNB insurance does not understand this concept. Deal with this company at your own peril.
