FNB insurance pathethic service

The insurance section is really pathethic. A couple of weeks ago I told them to change something on a policy and they got it wrong after I told them what must be amended. I spoke afterwards to the consultant in charge whom understood precisely how it must be change. He informed me they will do it and send it to me. I am still awaiting the amended document. They might have not changed it and will afterwards be a problem to be sorted.
