FNB insurance only takes premiums but does not pay
I tried to submit a claim on the Fnb for my cell phone and it stated that the item wasn't insured on the date of the event. I tried to call and waited almost 10 minutes with no success to talk to an agent. The online agent also wasted my time.

27 Mar 2025, 09:07After 3 years of paying insurance, FNB insurance has disappointed me with my 1st and only claim. Their excuse is that the car had no forced entry after I explained to them that I did not know that the car could not lock because it was the first day of driving it after I returned from overseas. I'm disgusted, they are greedy and unprofessional. What a sorry excuse for a company.
