FNB Insurance only has one plumber in Gauteng with geysers

FNB insurance doesn’t care about customer service. Their inefficiency is beyond me. I log a call for a burst geyser at 12pm on Saturday. They send out a plumber to assess and confirmed the geyser needs to be replaced but they can only get it on Monday so they reassign it to another plumber. Nachan plumbing, who then tells me they can only send out their assessor by 4 pm and only replace the geyser on Sunday. FNB says they only have one plumber with geysers on weekend. Leani Fourie from FNB insurance has no explanation for the inefficiency or a way to resolve. I told her I will be moving my insurance from FNB and all she could say is sorry.
