FNB Insurance leaves clients in health risk from water damage claims'

Good day,

It is with the utmost dissapointment that as a long long standing client with FNB Insurance and having had other properties with their homeloans. It trully is guttering that a big fish in the BANKING Business exploits individuals to disempowerment and even dangerous environments and delaying processing of a straight forward claim to the damage of my home that poses much health risks with all the water and mould building in. Claim no.64991 was confirmed by TEAM KANDUA since December 2022. The assessor by the name of Jannie has since launched a team to help process the claim with unreliable individuals. Phillip the contractor seems to be far over the age for employment as a senior citizen which I found limited his ability to even do his work, climbing and evaluating was to say the very least unproductive after waiting for months in waiting to eventually be sent a contractor that seemed unfit to execute his job. A report and quote were confirmed to have been received from the service provider, at the time being under review. And thereafter after much to and fro follow-up enquiry, a Team member named Nomsa literally wrote and said I should feel free to call another line after I was told a claim was opened and a platform to resolve with a trail of communication has been established. Nomsa then said she was unable and I should do her work for her in black and white writing. The intergrity of this team is alarming. And so since December 2022 from a water storm I sit with moist and mould build up with health challenges and with inevitable further damage that may be increasing each change of season when I have spend and invested lumpsums of money on this property for betterment and improvement of quality life. Now FNB Insurance have shut down all communication to conclude the claim.

I ask for Management to investigate and assist to conclude and resolve this case as a matter of urgency.
