FNB insurance l

FNB takes 2 months to approve a claim, then another 3 months to get the car fixed. Customer service is absolute poor. At first, they didn’t know where the car was… or they are spraying the car, mind you it’s been 3 months. 3 Months to spray the car!! Can’t reach their customer service, complaints manager is always on lunch…it’s a joke. How come it takes 5 months to spray the damn car!
