FNB insurance is useless, if one of my family is burned by a hot burst pipe I will sue them
I’m writing this message, with sadness, I had a pipe burst in my house on 11 October 2024 ***. I phoned FNB insurance for the claim, and since then still had no help I have phoned them, using my airtime, but no help from them no response. And is dangerous because the pipes are rusted, which means one of my family members can get burned if one of the hot pipes bursts and the ceiling is continuing getting damage.

Yhoo I’m tired of this insurance. I pay every month, but they told that they can’t change the galvanising pipe that are rusted.
