FNB insurance is useless and they don't keep their promises

First national bank insurance are the most useless insurance ever,they took my vehicle for repairs in 18 July 2025 and I'm still waiting for my car even today,and mind you my cover is upto date and they keep making excuses every day,i have to call every day and they keep telling me they will come back to me but they don't,if anyone is thinking of taking FNB insurance please think otherwise
