FNB Insurance is the Worst Insurance!
FNB Insurance is the worst insurance I have ever experienced. I logged a claim on the 12th of September and to date it is still not approved. Instead I was given forms to fill in and send my identity documents.
Now my claim is being investigated. What's the point of having insurance if you have an accident. You need to be investigated.
In th past two weeks. I am driving a vehicle that is damaged because they are failing to approve the claim.

10 Oct 2022, 12:03It is now a month since my accident, I am still waiting for FNB Insurance to approve my claim. I gave their investigators everything they request and still i am waiting. I am so annyoed and drainned by this claim. By far this is the worst insurance company, it's just unfortunate I am such an FNB fan as a bank! Insurance wise, its a BIG NO NO.
