Fnb insurance is the worst ever

I have made a claim on fnb with short term insurance on my building insurance on the 21 March 2023 on April I was told that my insurance was approve for R90 000 after that they where quiet I called them again they told me I was approved for R17000 after that they went quite again.they even send someone to come check the damages ( contractor)that are there. So as a stupid client several times i call them and they give me run arounds even though I have sign and send them back they documents for R17000 countless time to pay the money for damages in my property they haven't pay me but each and every month they deduct their premiums. I have an open roof and its raining almost every week. Fnb you coursing more damage that you will give me hard time if I claim for them my house is in rain
