FNB insurance is the worsed..Beyond bad bad

I was stuck with ny child in the middle of the road and regretted moving my insurance over, FNB is the worsed insurance ever. I was told they cant find my details when i needed help for roadside assistance. I am so9 angry i cannot believe thwy are even people who will ever take on FNB insurance after this
