FNB insurance is terrible!!!

People please don't have insurance with FNB. They love to take your money every month. But when you have a problem, they don't care. A guy was here to say that the samsung tv we have give a lot of problems and it must be replaced (tv is 4 years old), FNB insurance is telling me it's ware & tare.....so sorry your problem we are not going to fix it!!
