FNB insurance is soo ***********!!

I wrote on Hellopeter 2 weeks ago complaining about the incompetence of the FBN car insurance team. I quickly got a response within 24 hours because they don’t want a bad public review. They said they will find out what was the reason for the delay of my 6 months claim which I didn’t get any feedback till today. I guess we all take car insurance for unforeseen circumstances , however that’s not the case with FNB because they said according to their policy they don’t have a waiting period for third party claims meaning if you happen to be on the wrong as their client you’re on your own because they don’t prioritise 3rd party claims according to them . I am soo disappointed because I waited for 6 months for them to validate everything but still they don’t even care, I even opted to take legal actions against their client because they are failing.
