FNB insurance is pathetic

Sent through and insurance claim on the 5th of March it’s now the 23 of March and still Haven’t heard a word from them. They keep saying they will send a quote in a day or 2 every time I call or ask for documentation that I’ve sent 3 weeks to Them already. Absolutely pathetic service
