FNB insurance is pathetic

FNB insurance is absolutely pathetic with their service. They broke into our house in December and completely trashed it for copper pipes. FNB still has not sorted anything out and it’s almost February. The condition of the house does not allow us to stay in it and they keep braking in. Pathetic
