FNB Insurance is ****

I have lodged a claim for a leaking water pipe in August with FNB Insurance company on the 13 August 2024 and they are giving me a run around. At first they made me wait about 4 days before they could send a supplier to assess the damage, and when they eventually came the dug up the hole and found the leak of which they refused to fix unless I give them R400 which I did not have at that time so they left my yard in a mess because now they have opened the hole which was leaking and I ended up fixing the leaking pipe and my paving which was on the driveway. I reported all this to them and provided all the proof and pictures of everything they wanted but they still taking me from pillar to post when they are supposed to refund back my money that I spent. This is so unfair and unprofessional because I have covered my home for emergencies like this to avoid this kind of trauma, they are now ignoring my emails after giving them everything they had asked for
