FNB Insurance is a ****

I opened the business account with FNB and the FNB insurance of R183.32 was included without my concern, I called FNB and I was transferred and given the insurance department contact number and I have been calling this number non stop. the longest Ive waited for the call to be picked up is 45 minutes and NO ONE IS PICKING UP. clearly this is a sort of a **** and this is done on purpose so that they keep debiting your account every month
