FNB insurance is a ****!

On the 26th December I reported my car accident. In January I got a hired car which I had to return on the 13 February as it had been a month with the car. It’s been 2 full months & still no pay out as the car is a write off & to make matters worse FNB wants to reduce my pay stating the car had a steering wheel damage of which my car was always insured and had never been in an accident. In addition to that, when I moved to FNB insurance since I bought a house last via FNB I moved all my vehicles to FNB insurance. No assessment was done to assess the car but now they are trying all tricks not to pay out even after I told them that my vehicle had no problems and willing to buy it back. The car was in perfect condition.
