FNB insurance is ***********.

My experience with FNB insurance is not pleasant. I am soo not happy with their services and their Lawyers Neil Govender Attorneys, i lodged a claim with them on the 23rd February 2024 to date (28 May 2024) I haven’t received any vailed response from them instead I have been the one calling consistently and patiently for feedback, I sent all the required documents, comp**** with their insurance validators but still NO action from FNB, the response I get when I call is that they are still working on it I should give them time ,but when I ask ,for how long should I wait they have no answers.meanwhile they have settled with their client who is at fault in this case because she hit me from the back .its been over FOUR months waiting, my car is not moving, I am now using public transports and worse the damage to the car is increasing daily because now the battery is dead and that was not quoted in the quotes I sent them .The situation is inconveniencing me and they seem not to care.
