FNB insurance incompetence
I am a client of FNB banking and investments, and was approached by FNB to provide short term insurance for my assets. Have been trying to get a consultant Clive Perumal to obtain a quote for but he has not even bothered to return my calls. This incompetence and arrogance to acquire new business is beyond comprehension, considering that FNB approached me.

I get as call from someone in the complaints department informing me that he would be handling this concern.
This individual has been *********** in more than a single instance. My private banker had put this request to FNB insure on 4July with a directive to call me on Monday 7th. Clive Perumal sends an email on 17thAugust requesting a schedule. Thereafter no follow up. I had to send further reminders and my private banker also sent reminders in August.
Now the complaints representative claims that the consultant was unwell and requests I prepare a detailed document on this matter!
I am done with stupidly and incompetence.
If I do not hear from the team manager within 48hrs, then no further action is expected...and my sympathy to anyone from FNB Insure that reaches out again.
We are spoiled for choice on short term insurers, without accepting this third rate service.
