FNB Insurance huge ****

2021 a FNB consultant phoned me to ask if Im not interested in FNB Home content insurance. Sure let me insure. The consultant told me to round it to an amount, not me, but never told me to make sure about my content as it could effect me.

3 weeks ago i had a burglary, my first claim. What a nightmare, they never call back like they say they would. Cost me about R500 airtime calling them every time. Took them 3 weeks just to give me an answer regarding my claim. Just to tell me im under insured with 43% which they going to deduct from my claim amount in addition to the excess amount.
