FNB INSURANCE (FNB ST) WORST EVER

Worst insurance to deal with. Logged a claim for a portable device. Explained to the consultant how it was used and sent through all the relevant information. When the assessment was done, they didn't even investigate the matter correctly and rejected the claim. Further to that FNB insurance cancels the policy without notification to me...... To make things even worse, they started debiting my account a month after they cancelled the policy.

Word of advise to anyone, don't deal with FNB INSURANCE (FNB ST)
