FNB Insurance

I have been insured with FNB for my house contest and i had to make a claim on my tv and only to be told that they cant pay for it as it was not an electric or anyone or load shedding but it has stopped working on its own, you busy paying people but when they are suppose to render the service they come up with excuses.
