FNB Insurance does not respond to clients

Good afternoon<br> <br> I have device insurance with FNB and sold my device. Thus I want to cancel said insurance. I have made numerous attempts at cancelling without avail. Good thing I never had a claim as im sure that they never would have processed it. A warning to anyone, dont use them, it will be money in the ocean. Im just going to stop the debit order.
