FNB insurance does not pay on time or bill correctly -no peace of mind and lousy service
I tried to call you this morning, to query the billing of insurance premium and the non-payment of the instalment by the payment date 25 January 2021. I spoke to Pricilla at collections who confirmed that no payment and that I must speak to credit life insurance since I am in claim and they should have paid it on time and not billed me for insurance. She transferred me to them and I got to a line where the agent didn’t speak to me at all but kept the call going for like 10mins. They said nothing, instead wasted my time on the phone. I did get to the rating IVR where I rated them for their call avoidance. But still no answers and I do not have the money to be sent from pillar to post in your call centre. Now that you have not paid for my card in time, what does that mean for my credit record? Because this is not my fault. And what is worse is that it makes no sense why you wait till the last day to make payment, because if you were having any issues then I could have at least had to time to salvage the situation so that my record is not affected. So what now. My payment due date was yesterday for the credit card. There is no payment showing as paid up by fnb. I am currently on a retrenchment claim for credit life insurance. They are supposed to pay my instalment until next month by the due date. Lastly I have been billed for the credit insurance yet again. I need this reversed before my statement closes in Jan otherwise it will be calculated as part of my interest owed. I have had to follow up on this every month. I was assured it won't happen again, yet here we are. Less peace of mind, more stress. Lastly I noticed that I cannot transfer money from my 7 day account to the credit card. Does this mean I will also not be able to cash out the 7 day account monies to the credit card? I need to know so that I can move the funds elsewhere because that is the only reason I have that account still open. I closed the cheque account because I can no longer stand the anxiety of having to deal with you your bank. It is exhausting and not worth it. Especially if you are going to try and ruin my credit record.
