FNB Insurance does not do due deligence on their panel beaters

FNB insurance, do you not do due deligence on your panel of panel beaters? how is it that you still take your clients to Monument panel beaters after all the bad reviews they have. My car has been with those panel beaters for over two months with no end in sight. As an insurer do you only approve claims and do not care whether the client will receive a good service or not? Even the person who was asssisting me from your side was equally as bad as the panel beaters that you took my car to. I am disappointed in you as an insurer.
