FNB Insurance ***** amounts on claim forms

Asked the Insurer to give me a statement of claims for the last 3 years, this I received within 1 day. It showed 3 claims, all of exactly the same amount. TO THE CENT. I of course queried this. 1st email 19 Sept 2nd email 22 Sept 3rd email 28 Sept 1st Acknowledgement from a person 28 Sept with promises to finalize on the day

Can I please have a proper statement of the claims for the last 3 years or a detailed explanation of why all amounts are exactly the same
