Fnb insurance disgusting

I am disgused by the service of Fnb insurance. I am a victim of the current floods. I contacted them on Monday 13/02 2days later no response.i need to clean my house then then the insurance will say im over claiming. I cant live like this waiting an accessor. Fnb communication is terrible. U sit on the call center for hours no one picks up.
