FNB insurance disappointing.

Called FNB Insurance yesterday, i have not gotten a single ebuck from FNB Insurance. Enyone can look at their website and how much ebucks they promise. The lady i spoke to said she would have to call me back as her systems are off. I had no hope off her calling back, this is FNB way off doing business.
