FNB Insurance Devision is pathetic

Disappointment with FNB short term insurance growing stronger daily. I have been trying more than a week to get a cancelled debit order cancelled fir which debits have been raised from January after I confirmed to the FNB agent I am not accepting their quote and is accepting from another insurer. They still debited my account every month and I only picked it up recently.

Trying to get it sorted after speaking to numerous FNB agents has been a nightmare. No feedback, no communication FNB is dropping the ball service wise. Very disappointing, stay away from their insurance departments.
