FNB INSURANCE DEFINITELY AS NO CONSIDERATION TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS

My husband met with an accident. He under went op for meniscus tear and he has head injury ever since the accident he's unable to read or comprehend.

Since the accident he can't drive as he is a danger to himself and other drivers

It as affected our lives as my husband is bread winner and he's unable to work due to his knee and head injury

We submitted a claim with FNB disability cover

It is such an horrible experience

We only get feedback when we lay a compliant

From December 2023 right until today 26 March we still awaiting this claim

They sent my husband to an Occupational the******

The Occupational The****** sent the report to FNB

I emailed the FNB Assessor who's handling the claim The Assessor asked me to find out when the Occupational The****** sent the email , to which email address and must get reference number

I called the Occupational The****** and she responded I can't give any information as FNB is the client not you

I emailed the Assessors back to tell her please find out and even gave the Occupational The****** phone number to her and I asked the assessor to please let me know when she finds report

No response

Today I called FNB life & the consultant tells me it was received on 22 March 2024 and the Assessors has acknowledged the Report from Occupational The******.

So I can't understand why did FNB ASSESSOR asked me to call the Occupational The****** to get the reference number when she already had all information

THE ASSESSOR SAYS ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE CLAIM OUTCOME WILL BE GIVEN TO US

I WILL GIVE EVERYONE THE OUTCOME ONCE FNB ASSESSOR GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON HOW MUCH EFFORT WE PUT AND WHAT WE GOT OUT OF IT

DEFINITELY NEED TO SHARE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT SYMPATHETIC TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS

I made a mistake dealing with FNB INSURANCE
