Fnb Insurance Cuts Corners

To anyone thinking of taking up insurance with FNB. Don't. I repeat. Do. Not. Take. Your. Business. To. FNB. I took up a short term insurance with them for an iPhone 13 Pro and they only paid out for an iPhone 13 (R6000 difference). I called, i emailed, i threatened and compromised and all they did was say "we will revert". Learn from my experience and do better. I wouldnt want this for anyone except my worst enemy
