Fnb Bank and Fnb credit card department why do you keep charging me for unpaid transactions yet the R800 I deposited in my account was taken . Where is that money. How can money just disappear and vanish from an account? You have been charging me R110 every month yet your own insurance was the one delaying to pay my claim each and every month? I do not see the need to pay for Insurance for debt cover with you because that same money you pay after approving a claim you deduct again monthly for late payment of that claim. So why take cover for debt with you if you are not paying it on time then charge me and take that same claim amount. Useless bank
