FNB Insurance Claims is a JOKE!

Firstly - Im so disappointed in FNB - again..... I have paid my life policy every month and this is supposed to be there help someone! I have tried to log a claim on the FNB app as I am receiving reduced salary and absolutely no one wants to help me, BUT FNB can call me with new products or to increase my credit card limit but when it comes to helping me then they are not interested! I have sent messages on the FNB messages app, which is completely useless. I have emailed and emailed and emailed and still no one can help me. FNB still had the cheek to tell me I must give someone elses bank details to pay my credit card installment. I dont know what horse you fell off but that is complete inappropriate!

I want feedback why I can not log a claim!
