FNB Insurance Claim Complaint

complaint number *** i am not happy at all with my complaint resolution. i am dealing with dewalt vanschoor and i am not satisfied with the service i have recieved. i cannot get my car back because FNB wants to take the cheap way out when servicing clients, even when there are not parts available they will not approve genuine just in order to do cheap repairs.... giving me car hire does not resolve my issue. i need my car repaired thats all.. i am would like a call from FNB higher management to advise on resolution of my claim.

I am shocked with the way FNB is dealing with my claim. i expected this from the cheaper insurance brands not FNB. when will insurance companies such as FNB prioritize their clients better. work should be quality and not only cheap. i dont know who can help me with this issue.
