FNB Insurance

I am extremely unhappy with how the FNB Short term insurance recoveries team and the attorneys are treating this matter.

Before I lodged my claim, I spoke to Ruby Diphoko and she confirmed that they will be helping me to recover the funds from the third party who bumped my car. So far the little help has been so disappointing as I always have to follow up. I have even included her manager Tertius Bossert whom I have never heard anything from.

The repairs on my car were concluded in Aug 2025 and now it has been over two months and there is no progress at all on the recovery. Unfortunately , I sent another follow up last week Tuesday and I still have no answer from the attorney or Ruby and Tertius.

I need this matter to be urgently attended to and pro-active steps to be taken accordingly by the team to ensure that I get my money back from the third party!!!
