FNB Insurance Brokers - Useless Customer Service from NONHLALA SEKETE

FNB Insurance is the worst, I dealt with a lady called NONHLALA SEKETE, worst customer service ever. She forgot to even follow up. When I queried with her on the complaint that is open, she basically told me to go the ombadsman, and thereafter never responded, tried to call her, the number on the signature just cuts off, FNB insurance service level is pathetic and customer service is worse
