FNB INSURANCE BROKERS - NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE - ONGOING SAGA

I have some properties insured with FNB Insurance Brokers. One of them had a leak below the bath. I contacted them and they came and started to repair the leak. Broke open the side of the bath and left it in chaos. It has now been 9 days and I have a very irate tenant that cannot use her bathroom. After speaking to my broker it became clear that the one had doesn't know what the other is doing and that she has no idea what is happening. I had to now give my tenant a month free rental. Up till now it has been a struggle to get hold of FNB Insurance Brokers - even though I am a VIP client and have a broker appointed to me. I tried to make contact with the brokers superior, but am still waiting for her to reply to my phone message as well as my emails 2 days ago. Currently I am out of pocket with a months rental and still the saga continues........
