FNB INSURANCE BOKERS ARE THE WORST !!!!!

FNB Insurance Brokers are the worst, I called and emailed and received a read receipt of the confirmation of the cancellation of my policy in December, i was advised that the termination will be effective, and my last debit order will be on the 27/12/2023, however this was not actioned, and the debit order was taken off again on the 25/01/2023. I called them today 26/01/2024 and spoke to Buhle who advised me that an agent did not action my termination since December and will get her to call me, i refused and wanted to speak to a team leader as i am very out of pocket now. I am awaiting a call, and nobody called me back.
