FNB INSURANCE BIG ****

FNB insurance is a ****. My house roof was badly damaged by the hailstorm early in December 2023. They sent *********** assessors, I reported to them the first one, the second one I was away on holiday. He/she wrote a report with false information and incomplete assessment. They rejected my claim even though their assessor report was incomplete.

They never even call me to find out if I was still ok after the storm. Do not take insurance with FNB, if you value your peace. Go to Sanlam or other good companies.
