Fnb insurance

I am so ****ed with fnb insurance department. My brother took out a life cover with fnb, unfortunately he passed away a month later and by accident. We submitted a claim on the 24 August till today it hasn't paid up, not even a funeral cover. My brother had no funeral cover we had to borrow money to bury him and people wants their money. I have called a couple of times and been told that it with the management for decision. It been almost 2 weeks then today they told me it cause it was such a short cover yet we were told that for accident there is no waiting periods. It so inconvenience that we trust them with our finances yet they fail us when we need them. This is so unacceptable.
