Fnb insurance

My late husband took a life cover from fnb and it was a telesale. He used to come home complaing about fnb poor service from time to time. He later passed on. When i went for claims i discovered that he had a life cover which unfortunately could nt pay out because it was an accidental cover and he died of natural causes. I then came across emails where the deceased was rectifying the policy from accidental life cover to life cover. It was not rectified by fnb for over a year until he passed on. Helopeter please help me resolve this i have the emails proving the deceased wanted the cover amended.
