FNB Insurance

I have been trying to activate my insurance in my credit card to cover my monthly payments as I have been retrenched since 3 April 2020.

They eventually approved my claim ,but only paid for two months and are now demanding I make payment on my credit card. My circumstances are still exactly the same,I am still un employed. I would like to know why my cover stopped paying after only two months. Could somebody please contact me to re instate the payments immediatley
