FNB insurance

I am totally disappointed with fnb insurance, I made a claim on the 21st of May for a TV it’s now 9 days later I haven’t had feedback on my claim I constantly have to call to find out about the progress of my claim, Tumelo Pilane is the one handling my claim but he is obviously dragging his feet I don’t understand how long a person needs to wait to get feedback from fnb
