Fnb Insurance

I am frustrated with the lack of progress on my TV claim with fnb. I have tried reaching out through various channels but received rude responses saying they will get back me but nothing. I want the report from the technician to take my TV elsewhere to compare and cancel my policy with them as I am not happy at all every time I get different stories.
