FNB instant payroll

FNB instant payroll. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND GO THAT ROUTE. I cannot open the payroll. It's been loading.... for 30min. 1st call - someone answers and ends call. 2nd call - well mam it's your wifi, restart and call back if you still have issues. DID NOT WORK! 3rd call - answered and dropped. 4th call - oh the last day of the month is really busy it always hangs. Our IT says to just keep clicking on the loading..... box. Clicked a 100 times... nothing. Been 1 hour 30 min and I cannot pay my employees.
