Instant Payroll is totally ***********, today is 25 April, pay day before the long weekend. Our company has a new employee that started on 1 April , I added her details on 2 April - now today, when I try to pay her salary before the long weekend on pay day, FNB Instant Payroll has a technical error. Even though the payslip appears, I am unable to pay her as in the payment option, that employee do not appear. The call centre is not useful, and it means due to FNB incompetence, one poor soul will go on a long weekend without a salary - poor service!!
