FNB Instant Accounting Nightmare

So, after many years of using the FNB Instant Accounting tool to manage our accounts, it was announced that this would be terminated on 1 November and that we were NOT TO WORRY, all would be seamless and hassle-free. Well, it couldn't be further from the truth. It is a monumental STUFF UP! NOTHING has or is working. I mean, what business makes the one and ONLY day to download the required data - on a SUNDAY??? So, now, after trying for THREE DAYS and messages sent to FNB on their non functioning message server, here we still sit, no accounting possibilities ahead as it appears. I sat in the phone for half an hout, at least listening to the excuse of "we are currently experiencing higher than usual calls, your call will be attended to as soon as an agent is available", I mean, how the hell is this bank still operating???
