FNB inhumane and *******

Reversed a debit order after canceling a life policy with FNB. Never had a negative balance now all of a sudden my account dropped to a negative amount so they don't have to pay back my money.

FNB also messed up my COVID loan and money dissapeared from the account and no one can find the responsible person and never received feedback. Also due to them my ITC shows inaccurate information and they are withholding me from any loan I could apply for. Inhumanity is shamefull.

This is very clear that they are *****ing from their clients!!
